wingeing Pom 762 Report post Posted December 29, 2008 This is the first 4-framer taken with the Hyperstar III. It is the Ruchbah region of Cassiopeia and the small beginnings of a whole Cassiopeia mosaic at high resolution. Image captured by Greg Parker, image processed by Noel Carboni. The full resolution image is 20 megapixels so I'm afraid this little print has no resemblance to the original Greg
Astrolounge 10 Report post Posted December 29, 2008 very striking photo Greg, what part of the processing do you do in PSP7?
wingeing Pom 762 Report post Posted December 29, 2008 I don't Noel Carboni does all the detailed image processing and uses FITS Liberator, Photoshop CS4 and his astronomy actions exclusively. I use PSP for printing out to my HP Designjet 130 (usually A1 size). All the best, Greg
