Cat's Eye

Recommended Posts

In my quest for fame, I thought I would be the first to post in this section. '

Most images you see on astronomy forums are of what astrophotorgaphers take. This image I have only ever seen taken from government based scopes. It is one of my favs.

I don't think anyone can go past the beauty of the Cat's Eye Nebula.

Welcome to My Astro Space mate. That is a great image. What causes the green? I'm thinking Helium and or Oxygen.

Awesome image mate. I think some planetary nebulae would have to be amongst the most exotic objects in the universe.
