Michael Palin New Europe

Gday for people who enjoy Michael Palin's travel documentaries and books he is doing an Australian publicity tour for his new series called New Europe. The new series is currently on air in the UK so hopefully it will be here soon. On Wednesday the 31st Oct he will be at the Perth convention centre from 12pm-2pm for a talk/luncheon, more info found on the Dymocks bookstore site. Tickets are a little pricey at 75 bucks but being a fan of his work Im going to try and go :eartoear:

I just checked the dymocks site and didn't find if he is coming or has been to sydney. When you see him ask for me please, I promise I will buy one of his books!!!! :))

seriously though, he probably has been here but I will ring them Monday and confirm. Thanks for the heads up.

I missed the function unfortunately but have learnt that Ch7 will air the new series early next year ......this site isn't bad http://www.palinstravels.co.uk/
