I once tried diving off a 2 metre high swimming pool diving board and landed flat on my back.
It put me off diving big style and i never tried it again.
But a 60 mile up is another matter altogether :duh:
NOT IN A MIILION YEARS!!!!!!
Although, if the chute failed, i wouldn't have to worry about landing on my back again:Chessy_Smile:

Good thing about jumping from great heights is that you have heaps of time to fix anything that goes wrong, and more time to position yourself for a fast landing, that said, I'm not exactly what position would help you with a fall from 60 miles. :hmm:

Besides ....... it's not the fall that kills you,
It's the sudden stop .................................

I'd do it, but at my age getting up there might kill me first. As Billy Joel said, "you may be right, I may be crazy!"

The way I see it there's not much difference between jumping out of a perfectly good airplane and jumping out of a perfectly good space ship...
You still have to be nuts to do ither!
