This info is being posted for an interested party. I'll also be adding links and images as well over the next couple of days.
"It's a Meade 8" LX90 LNT with UHTC coating.
The LNT module is for doing an automatic alignment that will run a short process and works out where north is, what the local time is and how level your tripod is.
This is normally done in alt/az mode but an update to the handset now allows it to be also done while in equatorial mode.
The fully updated handbox has also been setup for StarGps. Unfortunately I can not include this piece of equipment as well, as I need it for my other scope. It is however a very handy extra as it will also get your exact location and in harmony with the LNT module, there is no other need for alignment. http://www.stargps.ca/StarPatch.htm
The included software also makes updating your handpiece very much easier and soooooo much faster.
included is:
the tripod and wedge, which allows the scope to be put into equatorial mode while on the tripod. This allows for much longer image runs.
the 8x50 sighting scope,
flexi light and dew hood,
the serial port adapter for connecting the scope to your PC for control.
2 rails for attaching counterweights to the bottom and for connecting piggyback scopes to the top.
The APM, accessory port module, that allows you to attach an illuminated reticle eye piece, a remote focuser, and auto guide camera.
A 1.25" star diagonal
A 12.5mm illuminated reticle eyepiece.
Fine focuser dialed knob for fine touch focusing."
clear skies
