Hello Everyone :)
Welp, after having the "C" drive on my computer go crazy on me a week ago while imaging, installation of a new one, and then having to re-install all the programs, the weather gods decided to be nice to my this saturday and provide the clearest skys we've seen in south central Louisiana in well over a month!!
I dediced to temp fate, and image a rather faint object - results below.
Hutech 1a XTi on Celestron 8" SCT with f/6.3 focal reducer. Auto-guided with Meade DSI Pro @prime on Orion ED80mm with PHD Guiding and EQMOD/DIR software/hardware. Scopes mounted side by side on Orion Atlas GEM.
22x2 min exposures @ISO1600. I wanted more exposures on this one, but by the time I got all the software parameters redone, checked scope alignment, focusing, etc. - well - the DSI PRO cable started to hit the tripod leg (sheesh). Any way - not bad I think for my first attempt at this object.
Wide field view:

and a crop of the bubble itself:

Processed in Iris with Darks/Flats/Bias frames - final processing in PS CS2 with Noel Carboni's actions.
C's & C's always welcome and appreciated.
Cheers,
Lon
