Hello All,

A long time since this well-known planetary photographer has been seen, so, I have taken the liberty of posting his message here with a link to his Jupiter shots, taken with the DMK, for those who may be interested in some results from the B&W version plus filters.

Dear friends,

Long time no imaging (disappeared for almost 2 years). I finally got time to
resume my planetary imaging with the newly purchases DMK Firewire camera on 14 July, 2007 (Sat) with my friends Bill Yeung and Florence Leung. Jupiter
is quite low on the sky (45 degree) and the atmopsheric dispersion affected
quite obvious the resolution of the images. Anyway, I am quite satisfied
with this first results captured by the new cameras. The images were captured in LRGB with DMK mono and DFK colour cameras within 4 mins time window.

Hi Shevill,

Thanks for posting Eric's images; these would have to be without a doubt some the best images of Jupiter I have seen. The amount of detail and clarity is awesome. :)
