Browsing around and came across two names i remembered from an old issue of astronomy magazine. 'Tony and Daphne Hallas'. never bothered to check whether they had a website at the time:duh:
Glad i found it though.
Check these images out folks:cool!: :cool!:
They have access to serious kit, but the results speak for themselves.

Best greyscale shot of M31 i have ever seen, just look at the lane detail. if it wasn't for the two satellite galaxies, i would not have thought it was M31 at all.
Also note the extended nebulosity and masses of galaxies around the ring nebula:cool:
The wide field shots of cygnus and orion are simply awesome :eartoear:
Need to go and have a lie down :Chessy_Smile:

Some awesome pics in there Tony. It's good seeing stuff like that, it always reminds me of how much I have to learn (and spend). :Chessy_Smile:
