Because different films record different colours, I thought I would combine these two images. One with Kodak Elite and the other is Fuji Superia

Thanks guys.
Beren I get film from either Camera Electronic in Stirling Street, Northbridge, Camera Solutions on Murray Street, or Fiztgerald Photo labs on Fitzgerald street, also Plaza Imaging on Beaufort Street Northbridge, and there are a couple of others all local to the city. Most camera stores around the city will sell what you need.
Looking forward to seeing some film shots.
Cheers

G'day Del, thanks for the PM. Yeah with stacking film, I have some ideas that I want to explore in the coming months. I think there is quite a bit of potential here. In saying that, I'm hoping to move to CCD and tri colour imaging as well this year.
So as usual, always tonnes of stuff to learn with astrophotography. I'll probably end up buying a digital camera to. My Sony cybershot has died on me, so I'm tossing up whether to fix it or just go digital. Probably end up going digital.
Cheers
Ray

Can't see you as a CCD person for some reason, but it'll be interesting to see what technique you prefer. From looking at others, once people make the switch, they stay with CCD.
