Thought I'd better check out the latest's versions ability on multi-alignment.
Any area that's not as sharp as the rest was due to me not being able to place an alignment box there due to DEC drift.

Haven't tried 5.1 yet, but by your example image, (which is a cracker btw) I assume that the multi-point feature still works as good as, or better than the V5 version.

Well in some instances ver. 5.0 was giving me less than an optimum alignment due to an inability to effectively eliminate the alignment section lines sometimes seen if one forgets to use the "USE FEATHER OF" application. In this case, I once again forgot to apply it yet got no lines/joins visible.
I'd say in this new version, this application (multipoint aligning) works slightly better.

Looks good on my screen mate. Do you guide during capturing? I always get drift on my mount, so i guide at the same time. I use ALS reticule for it. Very handy.

No mate, I've never guided officially. Nearest to it I've ever gotten is setting the controller slew speed to minimum & 'pulsing' the button.
Once I get a permanent setup going here it'll be different though hopefully.
