Chrome tubing

Gday dont know if anyone would be interested but I have some chrome tubing {6 pieces@5footx2inch}, offcuts from work, that may provide a base for a tripod. Any ATMer's in Perth are welcome to it

Hi Beren, been considering building an alt-az mount for a while now, so a new tripod would be a plus (saves me continually swapping over the mount heads).
How much are you asking mate?

Gday Tony hows it going mate, the tubing is absolutely free :eartoear: I salvaged it from being thrown away thinking it may provide someone with a tripod. I was hoping to get some 1.25 inch stuff as well so extensions could be worked but alas only managed to get the 2 inch . Let me know if you want it and I can either drop it off or you can pick up.

That ain't the half of it, only 6 months after moving over here to Oz and never having met or spoke to Stuart before, he was kind enough to give me his old eq5 mount on a permanent loan :thumbsupmate:
