Makes a nice little shooting gallery for that magnetic pole of Uranus pointing right at us.

Neptune tilts as well

I have never seen this mentioned and it is very easy to see if you look at it with Starry Night

Any comments or thoughts would be appreciated

I would also like to learn how to determine how often this alignment occurs

So you are saying that in 1908 when that meteorite hit that the planets were kinda lined up? That's interesting. Can you take a screen shot and post it for us.
