Aliens,or,at least their ships are real. I ,along with the USAF,witnessed 9 such craft in the mid 70's in the mid USA.

Its interesting that countries like Mexico, Belgium and the UK are now releasing documents about Alien encounters, Investigations and results of those investigations...
I know there are other countries also releasing there evidence now but those are the ones off the top of my head...
The USA are apparently in the throes of considering the same but as yet have not released any time frame for such a release.(I dont know of any time frame for release yet)...
I think Belgium put the spanner in the works to start with and Mexico jumped on board pretty quickly, so thats started the ball rolling...
Before long other countries will continue this trend and we will have the information about this phenomina(damn language, hard to write and even harder to say)...
my personal ideas...
Are there extra-terristials from other planets? personally I think its very nieve to think we are the only intelligent life form, when you consider that we are far from intelligent...
Also it comes back to my thinking, that humans grow up thinking of limits, ie we live in a box and have a hard time thinking outside of it, we also put limits on everything and if someone suggests the term endless, we cant actually visualise that because it infers a limit to think about it....

anyone that thinks we are the only intelligent life is ignorant. not detecting anything yet means absolutely nothing.
I'd be very surprised if the universe wasn't bubbling with beings.

Warm summer evening, taking a stroll along a dirt road near grandmothers farm.We (about 7 teens, ranging in age from 12 to 20),were watching the stars as we walked. The sky was clear and there was no interference from city lights. In the western sky we observed 9 bright stars that seemed to be moving in formation, such as air craft. They approached slowly, and were contineous in formation change.Upon observing this we alerted the adults at the farm. The adults (grandfather had a gun),observered along with us a cigar shaped craft that was at about 100 feet off the ground. It made no sound, and had a band of seqential lights on its under side. Now,call me a liar.An airforce jet was dispatched from the local airfield and went over that barn at about 600 mph.The "craft" were seen in the east sky about an hour later, still in formation, and the local paper said that the USAF had no explanation for the sighting other than that it happened.

The US seem to be one of the slow ones with releasing information about there contacts and what data and knowledge they have of alien visits...
Maybe one day you may even get there report about this encounter...
The media and the improvements of our communications has meant that more hear about these encounters and learn about them faster...Thats made it easier for hoax's but even removing them, there is still a hell of a lot of contact...
They cant all be weather balloons, if they are then they have made the humble weather balloon way better than any fighter jet:biggrin::biggrin:
