Now THAT is cool!!!
Radar, if you flog a few of your scopes, the family cat, the Leyland P-76 you won in a raffle and a few boxes of those old Bay City Rollers records you might be in the ballpark to buy one.
Uh Uh, don't thank me, I know you'd have thought of it yourself eventually.

There is no way I'm selling my bay city rollers collection. :duh:

Errr, I don't blame you.
What about that signed autographed picture of yourself you picked up at the Perth markets .. should be worth a bob or two?
Speaking of Perth, it reminds me of my last visit there. I spent a month in Craigie one weekend!

A month in Cragie? That's harsh Dave. I would have saved you from that pain if I knew you were here.

The problem with that obsevatory is that everytime you move you would vibrate the scope bigtime. I can't see how any serious observing could be done from that.

I just had a look at that photo again, and it looks like it comes with some kind of
stabalising things in the corner. I bet when they use that scope the caravan is jacked up off the wheels. I can't see them going to all that trouble without factoring in the effect of the suspension and rubber tyres.
