Hello,

yesterday, i was waiting for the moon to raise above some trees...
so with a friend of my ( Emiel Veldhuis, solar imager ), i spoke on msn, about some AVI stacking in registax, after some tips of him, i took an old .avi freom 15-02-08.
so i would like to know what you think about the performance of the Meade LPI
*made with the Stellarvue 102 doublet

kindly regards erwin

Hi Erwin,

Looks like the LPI does a good job, maybe just a teensy bit sharper wouldn't hurt, but all in all a very nice pic.

How do you feel the LPI compares against your DMK cam?

Thanks Tim,
i am still working on getting a good focusing on planitaire objects... but even with my motorcrayford ( moonlite ), i don't get them good sharp ( alwasy bad seeing over here in Holland.

next to that, i see i made a spellmistake in my signature.
it has to be 1D MK ( canon eos 1D series ) my fault :frown:

but i am already saving some money for a kind of DMK camera
