I use SN v.5-82. the upgrade to v.6-2 costs US$45. Has anyone done this and is it worth the cost

G'day Gyro,
I have the newest v6 on my system ,, and its great ,,but its mainly cosmetic upgrades from v5.xx ( all sky image is great but hogs computer memory and slows the prog up)
I would suggest the latest upgrades for v5 and stick with it ...after all it works well anyhow!!
Cheers

I run SN 6.0.2 not a lot of difference. In general I use Carte du ciele (Sky Charts 2.7) which I find suits my needs and no problem interfacing with the EQ6 etc.
