I just bought something to help me focus - a FotoSharp Telescope Focusing Adapter http://www.kwtelescope.com/FotoSharp_page.htm (http://www.kwtelescope.com/FotoSharp_page.htm) , hope to get it just before christmas

An audible sound for focusing is a great idea. Saves having to get under the viewfinder and also removes any error from the human eye. Keep us posted on how easy it is to use and how accurate it is please Dave.

Great find mate, might be interested in this for the 400d too.
