This is a radio signal captured by Cassini as she flew past Saturn's rings. Watch the waveform's peak intensity as Cassini moves past the rings, then listen to the audio.

Wow, that is taking 'stellar radio' to another level
The audio link opened in my Windows Media player with the 'Alchemy-Random' visualization playing........A perfect match.

I've played this to a couple of non-astro friends now. You should see their responses. Quite funny. Before the signal is played their attitude is "ah yeah, whatever", as soon as the signal starts playing, they freeze, stare at the screen instensely and slowly move their head inward.
After they have heard the signal, listen to the theories come flying. Show some people, it's hillarious.

Okay, I had to bite and watch this clip. Interesting signal and worth watching. Can anyone here give us more information about the signal's waveform that they show? FM? AM? SSB? Harmonics?
